5. Payments, Trials, Cancellations

Payments

All prices are listed at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for any recurring fees, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. Plans renew automatically unless canceled.

Trials

If we offer a free or paid trial, terms will be presented at registration. You must cancel before the end of the trial to avoid charges. Trials require valid payment information.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing cycle. We do not guarantee continued access to your data or designs after cancellation, so please download all relevant content before canceling.

6. Refund Policy & Chargebacks

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our Services and resources, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to revoke access, report fraudulent activity to collections or credit bureaus, and pursue recovery of fees, legal costs, and damages.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All materials—text, images, videos, templates, tools, code, and designs—are the property of Puzzle Perfect Studio, LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use our content for your own business or personal use only. You may not resell, sublicense, share, or reproduce our content without written permission.Violations may result in legal action and liquidated damages of up to $100,000 plus legal costs and actual damages.

8. User-Generated Content

If you upload or submit content (such as form entries, custom designs, or client data), you retain ownership.
